This case demystifies the interview process. It focuses on the types of interviews and stages to expect between a first “coffee chat” and an offer, common strategic communications pitfalls (e.g. elevator pitch, translating your story, executive presence), how to wind up in a position to choose from attractive alternatives (versus taking the first/only offer on the table), and how to negotiate your compensation.
