About BreakLine Transcend

Welcome to BreakLine Transcend! Our pilot programs for this new vertical primarily serve outstanding people with physical disabilities (i.e. mobility, hearing, and vision as indicated by the CDC).

Our first cohorts are open to adaptive and Paralympic athletes, US military veterans, and members of the BreakLine community who identify as people with disabilities.

Our approach remains consistent: selective admission, education, mentorship, opportunity-matching, and community. As always, our core objective is to match top talent with extraordinary opportunities within our partner network. Apply today!

Program details

What BreakLine offers

BreakLine provides education and coaching for exceptional, high-performing women, people of color, people with disabilities, and veterans who are interested in accelerating into the next phase of their careers. Our education is designed to help you successfully land your next role and build your professional network. 

A new cohort kicks off every week! Sessions include hands-on workshops, in-depth discussions with industry leaders, and an inside look at top companies. You will also work closely with our team of experts to build a pipeline of opportunities across our partner companies.

The BreakLine team will guide you through the entire process, from resume reviews to sourcing relevant roles, to interview prep, until you land and accept a position. We stick with you every step of the way!

Program format

Join us from anywhere

Our program is completely remote. All events, classes and workshops are hosted through Zoom, and coaching sessions can happen through Zoom, phone, or Slack.

Tuition

Cost: $0

There is absolutely no cost to our program for our participants. We consider your tuition to be the effort you put into the program.
