We are delighted to highlight and congratulate BreakLine Education Alum Chris Chomyszak, who accepted a role with Adobe as a Business Development Representative! Here’s part of his story:
“I grew up in the Midwest. My dad was in the Marine Corps and my mom is from the Philippines. After high school, I worked at a factory for a while, and then decided to enlist in the US Army.
I always knew that I wanted to be an Army Ranger, and I worked hard to achieve that goal. I completed three rotations to Afghanistan. I was awarded a Bronze Star with Valor and a Purple Heart for my service during those tours. I was just upholding the standard of my unit. Leading while at the Ranger Regiment helped me mature and find my voice, as well as take ownership of my ability to influence and lead.
I later decided that I wanted to earn my college degree, so I left the Army and enrolled at the University of Washington. I graduated cum laude. I wanted to get into the tech space, and one of my veteran friends connected me to Sergio Padilla at BreakLine.
BreakLine helped me succeed with my interview process with Adobe. I was drawn to Adobe because their company culture aligns with my values, and every person I talked to loved working there! I was so excited when I received the call that I had been hired!”
We are thrilled for you, Chris! Congrats to you, Christopher Russillo, Gary Davis, and the rest of the Adobe team!
