In this class, we highlight 5 common points of friction in the sourcing and evaluation process that prevent companies from hiring exceptional candidates from diverse backgrounds and share best practices for tackling them.
We’ll cover:

The Loss Mindset: The sentiment that hiring a top performer from an unfamiliar background requires trading off something of value, rather than creating a win-win
The Streetlight Effect: The restriction of hiring to alums of specific institutions and brands
