Having worked on hiring teams at early-stage start-ups and large public companies, Bailey has experience recruiting on niche and hard-to-fill roles while maintaining a positive candidate experience. Bailey’s passion for helping people find their dream job drew him to BreakLine and he is energized to work with the communities we support. Outside of work Bailey is an avid sports fan and hones his skills in the kitchen with new recipes every week.
